A: Yes. We can supply complete thermal resistance test curves and DFM manufacturability evaluation reports for customized projects.
Q4: What is your MOQ for standard stock heatsinks and customized products separately?
A: Standard in-stock heatsinks support small MOQ of 1-5 pcs; customized heatsinks without new mold have flexible MOQ, while new mold projects depend on profile structure.
Q6: What is sample production time and mass production lead time for stock and customized heatsinks?
A: Stock samples can be delivered within 1-3 days; simple customized samples take 15 working days. Stock items can be shipped within 3-7 days; regular customized bulk orders take 15-30 working days, complex new mold orders take 30 -60 working days.
